I believe that when ingredients are combined in just the right way, they become greater than the sum of their parts. Therefore creating layers of flavors when consumed.
Moving to the Hudson Valley surrounded by the natural beauty inspires me. Farms are abundant, quaint picturesque towns and natural beauty surround me. I could think of no better inspiration.

We do not stock our confectionary or baked products. All orders are made-to-order and can take up to 4 days to fulfill. This ensures freshness as well as quality.
