FOUNDER & PASTRY CHEF
Lisa Dowe
Professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu specializing in pastry, confections, and chocolates provided me with the background to create a perfect bite of a well-crafted confection.
I believe that when ingredients are combined in just the right way, they become greater than the sum of their parts. Therefore creating layers of flavors when consumed.
Moving to the Hudson Valley surrounded by the natural beauty inspires me. Farms are abundant, quaint picturesque towns and natural beauty surround me. I could think of no better inspiration.
